Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website. PR Creative Ltd (company number 12603537, registered office 45 Dol Y Dderwen, Ammanford, SA18 2GE) is responsible for your information.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form, I receive the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, existing website (if you add one), project type, approximate budget and your message.

To stop automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check run by Cloudflare. It looks at technical details from your browser, such as your IP address, and doesn’t use advertising cookies.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to discuss and deliver your project. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it’s stored

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send the form, your enquiry is passed through Resend, an email delivery service, to sales@prcreative.co.uk, which is hosted by IONOS. These providers handle your details only to deliver the website and the email. Resend and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries only for as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry or any work we do together, and for my business records where the law requires it. Then I delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Email sales@prcreative.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
